Your rights under UK law
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt if you change your mind. This is in addition to your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
Returns and exchanges

Return conditions

- In their original condition with all packaging intact
- Returned within 14 days of delivery (or 14 days from when you receive the goods, whichever is later)

Plant care considerations
As living plants require specific care, we recommend contacting us immediately if you have concerns about plant health or suitability. We can provide care guidance or arrange replacements for plants that arrive damaged or in poor condition. Please note that plants may deteriorate if not cared for properly during the cancellation period.

- Provide your order details and inform us of your decision to cancel
- We will send you a cancellation form and return instructions
- Return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us
Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We may deduct from the refund any loss in value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
If goods are faulty, not as described, or do not match the sample shown, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may be entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. Please contact us immediately if you receive faulty goods.
